Return & exchange Policy

Returns

All return requests must be received within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags & packing slips where applicable. Please email support@guyfieri.zendesk.com with your intention to return and the tracking number of the return shipment. We can not guarantee items returned without a tracking number will be refunded in a timely manner. The customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Exchanges

All exchange requests must be received within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. If you'd like to exchange an item for another style or size, please reference your order number and send us an email at support@guyfieri.zendesk.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
